Comfortable bed in the deluxe room, plus a safe, a minibar, and an iron. Amazing views all around. The most important - nice location near Patong beach. And next to the most popular beaches, a local outdoor market with plentiful options of food, and central Phuket.

The rooms here are super clean and come with AC, a safe for your stuff, and a big TV for those chill nights in 📺. the staff are really friendly and ready to lend a helping hand whenever you need. Plus, you can park your car right here, so no need to stress about finding a spot elsewhere.

We were in Phuket for 5 days, had great stay, the hotel was clean with favourable location away from a local outdoor market with plentiful options of food. Location: the venue was near the most popular beaches, central Phuket and the center of the four lanes;))

We enjoyed our 4 nights at A2 Pool Resort - Sha Plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently situated near the beach and close to restaurants. We also appreciated the ease of arranging scooter hire through the hotel. Although the lobby and restaurant had a repetitive playlist, it didn't overshadow our positive experience at the resort. we would recommend this hotel.

I chose A2 Pool Resort - Sha Plus because of its convenient location near Central Phuket Festival, as I wanted to visit Index Living Mall Phuket. To my surprise, the resort offered a wide range of top-class facilities and services. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a great addition, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. , the policy of not allowing pets and service animals ensured a peaceful and clean environment. I especially enjoyed the free wifi and the restaurant available at A2 Resort.

Our four-night stay at A2 Pool Resort - Sha Plus did not meet our expectations. The room we were initially assigned did not match the advertised photographs, with worn woodwork and subpar cleanliness.

A2 Pool Resort - Sha Plus is my go-to place in Phuket! I always come back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, fitness center. The staff even helped me with a taxi once. Can't wait to return for Easter!

The hotel offered pool access rooms, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. the ambiance was outstanding, and the A/C was just perfect. Great place to stay with kids and the 7/11 supermarket nearby was a value added service.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by the amazing service and attention to detail. Not only was I upgraded to a pool access room for free, but the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The A/C was perfectly cool, creating a soothing ambiance throughout my entire stay. The highlight, however, was the jaw-dropping pool area. With my own exit leading directly to the pool, I felt like a VIP! The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience, and even the Chef personally made me a delicious omelette. Additionally, the hotel's location was super convenient, with a 7/11 supermarket just a short walk away. I can't recommend this place enough - it truly is a dream destination for a family vacation.

The rooms were modern and new, with swim up access or close proximity to it. Great resort and facilities for the price. Convenient location near airport. Outlet shops and a huge shopping center nearby. Friendly staff, good bed and shower, unique and smart pool.

Guests can also enjoy the pool area and the personalized pool access provided to each room.

The service provided by the hotel staff lags behind expectations. There have been incidents of unresponsive and indifferent behavior from hotel management upon reporting concerns or complaints.
